We want you to love your new eyewear. If for some reason, you don't, we are here to help.

Online Store Policies

Unworn, undamaged frames can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

Frames must be returned in their original packaging, cases and cloths intact. Eyedeals will provide you with a return shipping label.

To return an item purchased online, contact us by chat or email within 7 days of you receiving the merchandise. Frames must be returned to us no more than 15 days of your original purchase date. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept merchandise that has been worn or adjusted. Once we verify it is still in new condition, we will promptly issue your refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been received. It may take up to 10 business days to reflect as a refund on the original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale product is non returnable.

All orders containing lenses are final sale. Should you have any issues with a prescription lens, we offer a one-time, no-cost prescription change within 90 days under our Prescription Warranty.

We are not able to provide a refund or exchange for opened boxes, whether they have been used or not, because they are a medical item. This includes individual lenses included within 90 day supplies.

When returning merchandise for a refund, we are not responsible for any damages incurred while in transit. Please properly package your return to ensure that you receive a full refund.

For frame only purchases, if you decide to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. In stock orders received Monday-Friday before 11:00 am Central time will ship the same day. As long as the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. If the order has already shipped, then you will need to follow the above directions for returning the item once you receive it.

In-store policies differ from online orders due to insurance and different processing labs.

However, the same basic principles apply - if the order is already submitted and the lab has begun your order, full refunds are not issued.

Please note, we are a small locally owned business - not one of the big mega eyewear giants. We do our best to accommodate, be reasonable and work with you in coming up with a fair solution.


1 year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase. This covers any faulty product issues. Normal wear and tear due to daily use is not covered.

Ex. You bought fancy Perelli tires, you commute to work every day - your tread wearing down is considered normal wear and tear. Much like when you wear your glasses every day, they too will show signs of everyday use.

Please reach out to us via email with any questions or concerns. The sooner we know about it, the better! Our policy has always been, as long as our manufactures cover it - we will cover it.

Magical and mystical exploding frames are not included in on this offer. i.e. "I opened my case and they were 'just like that'"

1 Year manufactures warranty.

Any damages to the lenses due to neglect or improper care is not covered.

Faulty anti-reflective treatment, this does not include scratches, will be covered.

We offer a 1-time scratch warranty on your lenses within a year from your date of purchase.

Any lens material that is chosen by the customer but deemed a poor fit for your frame by our expert opticians - will not be covered for chipping or cracks. Ex. if you choose a plastic lens material on a grooved or semi-rimless mounted frame. This lens material is too soft for the mounting, and will chip and shatter often.

In our order review process, if the incorrect lens material is selected we will reach out to you via email with options to process.

Any lenses that do not have anti-reflective treatment will not have a scratch lens warranty.

For frame only orders, if your order has shipped - you will need to follow the return instructions.

For all prescription lens orders, all sales are final. If you decide to cancel your order and the processing lab has not yet started the order, we will issue you a full refund.
