How to Schedule Your Appointment
If you are new to Eyedeals, we encourage you to call in to schedule your first appointment via phone. This gives you the opportunity to tell us about your eyecare needs, answer any insurance questions and collect some basic information required to schedule your first appointment with us.
If you are a returning patient to Eyedeals, scheduling can be done by phone or by using our online scheduler.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing us as your eyecare provider. We value your business and ask the same in return by respecting our business scheduling policies. Please call us prior to scheduling if you have any questions.
Eye exam appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance by phone. Email and text cancellations are not accepted, as messages may not be seen in time, despite our best efforts. All cancellations under 24 hours will incur a $60 fee.
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay the $60 fee prior to pre-booking any future appointments. Alternatively, we will see you on a same day basis only – where you can pay the $60 fee at the date of service.
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your Eye Exam, you could be required to pay the $60 fee. While we will do our best to accommodate, if we are not able to see you in the remaining time allotted, you will be asked to reschedule and pay the fee.
Although not fun to talk about, we value transparency and hate having to charge these preventable fees to our beloved customers. If this doesn’t work for you, we get it, and are always happy to see you and fit you into our schedule on a same day basis. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Same Day Appointments
We reserve a certain number of appointments each day for same day, next day and urgent care appointments. Same day appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone or online before noon to secure an appointment later that day.
