If you are new to Eyedeals, we encourage you to call in to schedule your first appointment via phone. This gives you the opportunity to tell us about your eyecare needs, answer any insurance questions and collect some basic information required to schedule your first appointment with us.

Returning Patients

If you are a returning patient to Eyedeals, scheduling can be done by phone or by using our online scheduler which is available 24 hours per day.

24 Hour Notice

Eye exam appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance by phone. Email and text cancellations are not accepted, as messages may not be seen in time to offer this time to another patient.

Consideration for others

We value your time and prioritize seeing you on schedule. Missed appointments (no-shows), late cancellations and late arrival (15 minutes past your appointment time) will result in a $60 fee which is not paid by your insurance or vision plan.

We reserve a certain number of appointments each day for same day, next day and urgent care appointments.

Same day appointments are not walk in appointments.

They must be scheduled in advance by phone or online before noon to secure an appointment later that day.
