Scheduling Appointments
New Patients
If you are new to Eyedeals Optometry, we recommend scheduling your first appointment by phone. This gives you the opportunity to tell us about your eyecare needs and get your insurance questions answered.
Returning Patients
If you are a returning patient, you've got options. Scheduling can be done by phone or by using our online scheduler which is available 24 hours per day.
Same Day Appointments
We reserve a number of appointments each day for patients who need to be seen quickly. To request a Same Day Appointment call or schedule online before 1:00 PM. Please note that appointments are required, as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
Appointment Cancellation
Please contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance by phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Email and text cancellations are not recommended, as messages may not be seen in time to offer this appointment to another patient.
