Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your Appointment With Us

When you schedule an appointment, we take seriously the trust you are placing in us. We reserve this time especially for you and schedule our doctors and staff so they can provide you with the highest quality, personalized eye care.

24 Hour Advance Notice Required

We require that you notify us by phone 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations received by text, email or voicemail will be considered a missed appointment and be subject to missed appointment fees.

Missed Appointments Fees

Failure to notify our office by phone 24 hours prior to your appointment, will result in a missed appointment fee of $65.00. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company and will be your direct responsibility to pay by credit card prior to scheduling your next appointment.


We realize that unexpected illness and family emergencies happen from time to time. If the reason for your last minute appointment cancellation was something that could not have been avoided please let us know when you call.
